NHL team has hired Sona Build to build the team’s future in Pittsburgh

The Pittsburgh Penguins announced Wednesday it has hired sona Build, an architect specializing in sports, technology and public-private partnerships to build a new team in the city’s downtown.

“The team is going to be an organization that’s going to focus on playing, working, enjoying life,” Penguins owner Mario Lemieux said.

“It’s going in a different direction.”

The team, which will begin play in 2018-19, is expected to include a high-end sports bar and entertainment district with a concert hall and other amenities.

The team will also have a $5 million-a-year lease with the Penguins arena.

The Penguins will play at The PPG Paints Arena, which is the new home of the National Hockey League’s Pittsburgh Penguins.

The organization is already planning to add a new arena to the site and is working to bring a new rink to the waterfront.

Pittsburgh is expected have an NHL team by 2020.

The team will play in the new arena at FirstEnergy Stadium, which opened in 2019 and was designed by New York’s Diller Scofidio + Renfro and has seating for 2,000.

The project also includes the addition of a water park, a hotel, a gymnasium, restaurants and retail space, according to a statement from the Penguins.

“We’re excited about what this new venue will be capable of providing to our players, fans and partners,” Penguins chairman and CEO Bob Nicholson said in a statement.

“Our team has been known for the hard work, dedication and dedication to hockey that this community has shown for over 50 years.”

Construction on the arena and a new hockey complex are expected to begin next year.
